Among other things, in 2020 we built a new ecological production hall with an air-water heat pump with a CO²-neutral heat supply and according to the KFW 50 standard.
With our efficient manufacturing processes, we ensure special sustainability and manufacture many items in accordance with Oeko-TEX Standard 100.
We also pay attention to short delivery routes for our suppliers and our distribution department and thus minimize CO² emissions.
All raw materials we use meet the environmental guidelines of the European Union.

Medicine / Orthopedics
The company RC-Cuijpers GmbH produces high-quality elastic and inelastic textile narrow and wide goods for medical and orthopedic applications according to customer specifications.
In connection with the use of high-tech fibers and modern finishing processes, we are a reliable and customer-oriented partner, especially for product-specific developments.
Mouth and nose masks
The company RC-Cuijpers GmbH produces high quality mouth and nose protective masks knitted from high quality materials, such as bioactive, for special applications.
In addition, we supply the RC narrow straps for FFP2 mask manufacturers to ensure that the masks fit perfectly. Our RC strap is made of various polyamide / elastane materials and can be optimally welded. Furthermore, it offers a high level of comfort due to the great elasticity and the soft feel of the material.
Technical products
Technical textiles are used in the most diverse areas of industry. From the (auto) industry to (tent) construction, the use of textile tape goods or flat goods knows no bounds.
